About The Role

As a Project Manager, you excel at leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products and experiences. You will work closely with our Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects that solve complex business challenges.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring a strong ability to structure work, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward while ensuring high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital experiences and enjoys enabling teams to deliver their best work.

In this multifaceted role you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to guide projects from discovery through to delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage digital projects varying in size – from smaller rapid-to-market initiatives through to large-scale digital transformation
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resourcing, scope, and budget management
  • Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams (Strategy, UX Design, and Technology)
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify risks, proactively working with teams to resolve blockers and keep projects on track, and drive continuous improvement across projects

  • Support the creation of digital solutions for a variety of clients and verticals
  • Collaborate with teams to understand and interpret client business challenges and translate them into structured, actionable plans
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops including discovery, design thinking, and project planning sessions
  • Structure presentations, documentation, and other client-facing deliverables
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Experience managing digital projects across design and/or technology teams
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project scope effectively
  • Strong track record in client communication and stakeholder management
  • A demonstrable passion for digital experiences, user experience, and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to do their best every day
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Comfortable with presenting and leading discussions

The estimated compensation for this position is $78,000 to $90,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
