As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project management for key initiatives at Forward Financing, ensuring projects are on-time and are aligned with business expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. As a member of the Technology department, you will join a team dedicated to driving improvements that drive business productivity and supporting the company’s mission to unlock the capital that fuels small businesses across America.
In this role you will:

Lead end-to-end project management for technology initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive Agile or hybrid project methodologies to manage workstreams efficiently.

Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.

Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

Role Requirements:

4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or software development environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or other project management methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with engineering teams and understanding software development life cycles (SDLC).

PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
