In the role of Project Manager, you will be supporting the Strategy and Insights team in ensuring deliverables are on-time, on-budget and with a strong focus and attention to quality of deliverables. Our global Strategy and Insights team have daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables for our growing portfolio of clients. These range from weekly social listening reports to newly created social media audits and playbooks. We work with a variety of client industries, from retail and CPG to restaurant and financial sectors – meaning no day is ever the same! We are searching for an individual with a keen eye for detail, project management experience and the ability to hold team members accountable for deadlines and quality of service. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management of Strategy Team:
a. You will be responsible for building and reviewing both existing and new deliverable calendars, including workback schedules. Deliverables range from playbooks and audits to content delivery.
b. Build and maintain a Project Management process for global Strategy team. c. Audit all deliverables for quality assurance prior to sharing with client.
d. Work closely with Director, Strategy and Associate Director, Strategy to maintain target CE within team.
2. Project Management of Insights Team:
a. Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive deliverable calendars, including detailed workback schedules. These deliverables encompass a variety of outputs, such as daily and weekly social listening reports, monthly activity summaries, customized client schedules, and ad hoc projects as they arise. Your role will ensure all timelines are met with precision and efficiency while maintaining flexibility for unplanned priorities.
b. Build and maintain a Project Management process for global Insights team. c. Conduct periodic reviews of deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency, with the goal of auditing all reports at least once per quarter.
d. Work closely with Director, Insights to maintain target CE within team.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years' experience in project management, demonstrating a track record of strategic oversight and operational excellence.
• Strong experience organizing timelines and deliverables across complex workstreams
• Knowledge of Project Management tools (EG: Monday.com, our preferred tool within ICUC, Salesforce, etc.)
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with proven experience acting as a liaison between diverse departments and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and project alignment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a thoughtful approach to addressing challenges in a manner that aligns with the business's overall strategy and growth objectives.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on concrete information and anticipate the implications of those decisions on the organization's future.
• Outstanding communication and teaching skills, with the responsibility of simplifying complex processes for a wide range of audiences, ensuring new processes and workflows are easily understandable and implementable
Additional information: The salary range for this position is $75-90k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
