AtkinsRéalis is hiring Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join our growing team. Our Project Managers are responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects within the organization, ensuring that they are executed according to scope, schedule, cost, quality standards, and risk management protocols. The incumbents require a wealth of experience in managing large infrastructure projects, particularly in the context of international airport development or other similar complex programs.
This role will be based in Toronto, ON.
Your role within the team:
- Offer specialized expertise in project management to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects.
- Work closely with other Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to assist the Program Lead in delivering project objectives.
- Partner with the Program Lead to track contractor performance, addressing any issues and escalating decisions when necessary.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and obtain required consultations and approvals.
- Work with the contractor to secure essential permits, approvals, and consents while managing site logistics to support smooth project execution.
- Oversee the completion of work in accordance with scope, timelines, costs, quality standards, and risk management protocols.

The ideal candidate:
- A recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field are considered an asset, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of professional experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years focused on large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects, with experience in technical areas and delivering projects across all phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and deliver complex projects and programs successfully.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in building relationships and providing clear reporting to support decision-making processes.
