Job Purpose:

As a Project Manager you will:
- Lead strategic key, cross Functional projects; Innovation and Initiatives including new product development, new product claims, visual brand upgrades and value engineering, in line with delivery of Haleon Canada objectives.
- Lead capability building within PMO and beyond, change management to embed new processes, developing tools & templates and embed ways of working to help Haleon get wired for excellence.

Leadership:
- Role model HALEON culture to deliver “Win as One” Framework.
- Co-lead efforts to Roll out Innovation Transformation, Optimization of Governance & Project Managament best practices and Change management to embed them.
- Building Best practices, Co-lead development of Tools & Templates to drive efficiency and simplification, Training material in support of capability building across PMO and broader organization.
- Lead stakeholder management and communication fit to various levels of stakeholeders ( Team & Leadership)
- Proficiency in driving resolution of team conflicts through skilled negotiation and diplomacy, elevating to accountable functional leaders as necessary.
- Foster an environment of enthusiasm, accountability and teamwork, and help reward and celebrate achievements.
Project Management:
- Strong partnership with Project Accountable Lead (PAL) and cross functional team, instilling confidence and providing competence necessary to take on the most challenging objectives and drive accountability.
- Accountable for delivery of End to End Project Management; building Project Plan including Scope, Resources, Budget & Tracking, Critical Path & Timeline, DAIP/RACI, KPI & Success Metrics, Risk/Change Control & Escalation Plan, Execution Plan & Tracking , Communication Plan, Documentation Plan, AAR with Action Plan.
- Drive readiness based on Haleon Stage/Gate requirements with Project Accountable Lead & cross functional team, ensure processes followed, tools & templates utilized and coach the team on best practices.
- Accountable for System hygiene; Project Management, Master Project List, Vision Board, Post Launch Performance & Pipeline
- Proficiency in proactively identifying issues and driving resolution, with limited guidance and Guide core teams to ensure timely decision making, effective stakeholder communication, adherence to applicable processes, contingency planning and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably with Sciences, Business/Finance, or Engineering focus.
- Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience in Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D and Packaging in a consumer healthcare environment or related area (e.g.,CPG, pharmaceutical, etc.).
- Project management leadership in a complex range of projects at diverse organizations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project Management, Sharepoint, PowerBI and Copilot is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent an asset but not required.
