We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Core Product team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, resources, and risks.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, deliverables, and timelines, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
We expect from you:
- 5+ years of project management experience in rapidly growing tech products.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High adaptivity to changes.
- Technical background will be considered as an asset.
- Fluent Russian speaker.
- Level of English - B2.
