Who you are and what you’ll do

As a Project Manager at Mappedin, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our suite of products to new and existing customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them from initiation to successful completion. You will report to the Director, Customer Implementation but will also strategically align with a Sr. Project Manager to support your success. 

What you bring

  • Product and Customer Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Mappedin's suite of products, understanding all project nuances and customer needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate all project meetings, both internal and external, establishing clear timelines and dependencies.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure milestones and deadlines are met according to requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle and proactively address them to minimize impact.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in the creation and ensure quality assurance of new venues, applications, and integrations, handling escalations that may impact project timelines.
  • Global Support: Be available to support international accounts across different time zones and occasionally travel as required.
