We are seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to drive successful customer engagements by ensuring LogicMonitor implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
In this role, you will coordinate multiple small- to medium-scale PS implementation projects, including custom-scoped work, while contributing to internal operational initiatives. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to develop project success plans, establish workflows, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
As a key facilitator, you will track project progress, proactively address risks, and ensure every engagement delivers measurable value to both the customer and LogicMonitor. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by optimizing processes and driving seamless project execution.

- Project Leadership & Execution: Manage all aspects of small to medium Professional Services projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and resource constraints.
- Drive Mission-Critical Initiatives: Lead high-impact projects that influence product innovation and customer success, with the autonomy to execute from concept to completion.
- Multi-Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Technical Translation & Planning: Convert technical requirements into structured project plans with defined phases, milestones, dependencies, and effort estimates.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating working sessions and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Status Tracking & Reporting: Maintain visibility into project progress through consistent reporting, up-to-date documentation, and active participation in client meetings.
- Risk Management & Escalation: Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies early, implementing proactive mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Process Adherence: Ensure projects align with company policies, departmental procedures, and best practices for project execution.
- Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams, driving alignment and long-term success.
- Internal Contributions: Support internal initiatives and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of the Professional Services team.
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in IT, project management, or consulting.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; experience with Confluence, Mavenlink, or Asana is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams, technical contacts, and customers via email, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally while adapting communication style to different audiences.
- Strong customer relations skills, with a proactive and responsive approach to client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and within teams, multitask effectively, and manage shifting priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve standard project challenges with minimal guidance.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$69,615—$90,000 USD
