Job Description

· 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years of PM/BA experience particularly within the investment banking/ capital markets industry.

· Must have:

7+ years of experience in project management and software development and/or business (system) analysis or other relevant professional experience

· 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master – where Scrum principles, practices and theory were diligently applied

· Proven leadership and experience leading large scale, high visibility projects is mandatory

· Experience working in the Financial Industry in Regulatory programs and/or strategic initiatives such as BASEL II, CCAR, Dodd Frank etc.

· Experience delivering medium to large scale Technology initiatives using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall / SDLC, Agile, etc)

· Understanding of architectural concepts of APIs, Microservices & SOA, REST, HDFS

· Cross Asset class experience and product knowledge

· Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
