Job Description
Supporting the PLAA/Properties/MCRs Manager/Lead on all MCRs in/out & ADRC issues between Project PCos, TAs, and Stakeholders.
Support the implementation of the MCRs in/out & ADRC Management Plan for theproject and ensures the process is followed by all project disciplines.
Support the compilation of a complete list of MCRs in/out & ADRC and track the development with other disciplines.
Coordinate the Implementation and tracking the usage of MCRs in/out & ADRC tracking management processes and procedures by the team.
Support in the facilitation of MCRs in/out & ADRC meetings, including tracking of milestone dates for relevant meetings.
Support the resolution of any technical discrepancies/issues to meet the requirementsof the MCRs in/out & ADRC, coordinating with other disciplines projects and Thirdparty stakeholders.
Gather and assess information to ensure DMCA Works and other schedules are correlated and reconciled with Project Co activities.
Collaborate with the project team to provide support in other areas of the discipline.
Initiate and track the traceability and recording of MCRs in/out & ADRC and changes including the creation of MCRs in/out & ADRC Control Documents flowchart for eachtype.
Review project schedules for consideration of MCRs requirements so that deliverables are provided in a timely manner across the program.
Monitor MCRs in/out & ADRC and implementation processes.
Support working with the CA to tie together the MCRs in/out & ADRC approval
process.
Support the creation, maintenance, and dashboard reporting of the status of MCRs in/out & ADRC to be tracked, validated, and verified across the Project.
Fulfill all the responsibilities, documentation and deliverables as the RACI Matrix.
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or systems management, or a related field.
Familiarity with MCRs in/out & ADRC Process.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Experience in the design and/or construction industry or major infrastructure project is considered an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $75–$95 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
