At RAVL, we partner with organizations to navigate complex transformation and deliver meaningful outcomes. We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator to support our Advisory team—someone who thrives in dynamic client environments and can seamlessly coordinate across multiple engagements.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that blends elements of executive coordination and project support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring workshops, meetings, and client interactions run smoothly, while helping teams stay aligned across fast-moving priorities.

What does success look like in this role?

    • Coordinate logistics for client engagements, including workshops, meetings, and working sessions (in-person and virtual)
    • Manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and client environments
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and client stakeholders
    • Navigate client organizations effectively, understanding who’s who and how to get things done
    • Support multiple concurrent engagements, quickly switching context and priorities as needed
    • Organize and manage details such as room bookings, AV setup, catering, access requirements, and materials
    • Determine the most effective format for engagements (in-person vs. virtual) based on context and needs
    • Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues before they arise
    • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across all coordination activities
    • Act as a central point of coordination across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution

Great, do my skills fit?

    • Experience in a coordination-heavy role (Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar)
    • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Highly adaptable with the ability to learn quickly and “figure things out” with minimal direction
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable working across different teams, clients, and ways of working
    • Experience coordinating across time zones and managing logistics for distributed teams
    • Professional maturity and confidence navigating senior stakeholders

Nice to have skills

    • Resourceful and solutions-oriented
    • Calm under pressure and highly dependable
    • Proactive and anticipatory in approach
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • Detail-obsessed without losing sight of the bigger picture
    • Relationship-first mindset

Why join RAVL?

At RAVL, you’ll work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that values curiosity, adaptability, and impact. We operate in complex environments where no two days are the same, and where your ability to think on your feet and stay organized makes a real difference.

You’ll gain exposure to a variety of clients and engagements while building deep coordination and stakeholder management expertise in a supportive, team-first culture.

  • Variable bonus & RRSP contributions tied to performance and delivery impact.
  • 4 weeks paid time off (plus public holidays)
  • Paid professional development days and continuous learning opportunities
  • Comprehensive health & dental coverage, including mental health support
  • Commitment to lifelong learning — continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and certification
