This Position reports to:

Sales Operations Manager
 

Location: Oakville, Ontario
Employment Type: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update backlog reports to track order status.
  • Identify delays and escalate issues to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate with factory teams to confirm production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve bottlenecks and maintain accurate status updates
  • Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • College or university diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering (asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM tools
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
