Your Key Responsibilities

Working closely with Kobalt.io’s project and delivery teams, you will:

  • Coordinate cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from sales handoff through execution and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery resources, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, manage changes, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Supervise external consultants, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and invoice submissions.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
  • Provide other project support to internal teams as required.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience with a post-secondary degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to act as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thrives in both independent and collaborative remote environments, adapting quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  • Enthusiastic about cybersecurity with a sharp focus on precision and quality in every task.

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience as a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator.
