Job Description:

The Project Analyst II supports the successful execution of technology and infrastructure initiatives by providing strong coordination, delivery support, and operational rigor. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery activities are tracked, documented, and progressing as planned.

The Project Analyst II is responsible for maintaining accurate delivery artifacts, supporting enterprise delivery tools, and enabling transparency across project execution while adhering to established processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Project Coordination & Delivery Support:

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities by tracking tasks, timelines, dependencies, and action items.

  • Ensure delivery commitments and milestones are clearly documented, assigned, and followed through to completion.

  • Support Project Managers, Scrum Masters, or Delivery Leads with delivery plans, status reporting, and execution coordination.

  • Monitor progress against agreed schedules and proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, or blockers.

  • Maintain organized delivery execution to help ensure project work progresses as planned.

ServiceNow Change & Request Management:

  • Create, update, and maintain ServiceNow change and request records in accordance with required standards.

  • Ensure change submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted on time to support delivery schedules.

  • Track changes through approval, implementation, and closure, following up on pending items as needed.

  • Communicate change timing, impacts, and dependencies to relevant delivery partners and stakeholders.

  • Apply understanding of core change management concepts including scope, risk, approvals, and implementation windows.

Delivery Tools & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information across delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Update Jira work items with current status, comments, and ownership to reflect delivery progress.

  • Create and maintain Confluence documentation including meeting notes, plans, and delivery artifacts.

  • Ensure consistent and aligned information across delivery systems to improve visibility and reduce follow‑ups.

Communication & Stakeholder Support:

  • Provide clear, timely updates on delivery status, actions, risks, and next steps.

  • Participate in meetings by capturing decisions, action items, and key discussion points.

  • Follow up with contributors to ensure understanding and completion of assigned actions.

  • Escalate issues, risks, or questions with appropriate context and timing.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness in interactions with delivery stakeholders.

Operational Discipline & Continuous Learning:

  • Maintain organized and accurate delivery artifacts including action logs, trackers, and status updates.

  • Follow established delivery processes, routines, and documentation standards consistently.

  • Apply attention to detail to reduce errors, rework, and delivery inefficiencies.

  • Seek clarification when needed and demonstrate a willingness to learn delivery practices and tools.

  • Continuously build knowledge and capability within project delivery and operational support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a project analyst, project coordination, or delivery support role within a technology or infrastructure environment.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tooling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large‑scale or enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Familiarity with IT change management processes.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience

  • PMP, Agile Certifications

  • Exposure to Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies.
