Dentsu programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic and is looking for the next rising star to join the team.  We are looking for someone who is accountable, works well in a team environment, and is proactive in growing revenue.

As a Programmatic Buyer, you will have the opportunity to own strategy and planning, set up and activate programmatic campaigns, and grow revenue.  You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to service different client teams within the agency for your portfolio. 

Your day-to-day would include campaign planning, set up, optimization, reporting, and collaborating closely with traders and client teams to hit client objectives.  A successful candidate would demonstrate problem solving skills, attention to detail, and time management.  Your primary goal in this role is to improve campaign performance, with insightful reporting, and growing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings, including RFP creation.

  • Ensure all media plan requirements (including Partner spends) are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered accurately in the appropriate platforms.

  • Set up and provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms.

  • Campaign management from beginning to end – from initial briefings, planning, platform setup, and post reporting

  • Proactively review and flag any potential challenges or opportunities within live campaigns.

  • Completing post launch audits, campaign optimizations, & pacing on programmatic campaigns

  • Work effectively with internal and external partners to look for revenue growth.

Experience/Knowledge: 

  • 1 – 3 years of programmatic experience.  Previous agency experience is preferred.

  • In platform experience with multiple DSPs.  This includes, but not limited to, DV360, Amazon, Teads/TAM, and The Trade Desk (TTD)

  • Solid understanding of the Canadian media marketplace.

  • Basic understanding of tagging, ad serving, & campaign management tools

  • Strong problem solving and critical analysis skills

  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships

  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Desire to continuously improve campaign performance and grow revenue.

  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge

The salary range for this position is $55k-$60k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
