We are looking for a Supervisor for our growing Program & Project Management Practice to work with businesses in diverse industries while managing a team to deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with client expectations! Working on numerous projects per year, you will not only work on delivering the projects and developing your team, but also identifying new opportunities to expand client projects.

Responsibilities
- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Strive to assist our clients in uncovering additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge
- Develop new products and deliverables for the rapidly changing technology environments across industries
- Build and maintain relationships with engagement teams and deliver quality client services
- Ability to manage small to medium engagements valued at $250k-$800k
- Effectively directs and motivates project teams on assigned tasks and establishes an effective climate for achieving positive working relations with stakeholders
- Ability to identify and resolve issues within project team and provide escalation point if necessary
- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience focused on project management, business process improvement
- Good understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Experience working for a consulting firm
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and managing project teams
- Industry expertise and a desire to gain additional exposure to multiple industries
- Ability to collaborate with clients and other RSM practice areas
- Deep interest in and knowledge of emerging technology and socio-economic trends impacting consumers and business globally
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP implementations - Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Oracle
- PMP or SCRUM designations
- Business capability benchmarking, blueprint and roadmap development experience
- Experience with business case development and management

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $86,500 - $147,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
