Role OverviewRSM is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a temporary engagement supporting a Wealth Management client within RSM’s Global Banking practice, with a strong focus on enterprise data programs. This role will provide end‑to‑end oversight of complex, data‑driven initiatives and work closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee data‑focused programs, including:
- Data Management
- Data Analytics
- Data Integration
- Data Migration
- Provide end‑to‑end program and project oversight, from planning through execution and delivery
- Manage client and internal stakeholder engagement, communication, and expectations
- Translate business and client requirements into clear, executable delivery plans and roadmaps
- Coordinate and oversee testing, deployment, and implementation activities
- Track and report on program status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment with RSM delivery standards, timelines, and objectives
- Proven experience in program and project management within data‑centric environments
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale data initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Business requirements gathering
- Testing coordination
- Deployment and implementation planning
- Ability to operate effectively in a client‑facing, regulated financial services environment
- Experience supporting Wealth Management clients within Banking or Financial Services
- Prior involvement in enterprise data transformation programs
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across business, technology, and data functions

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $66 - $100 per hour
