Program Manager – Trade Order / OMS (Charles River)Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid / Onsite as required)
Role Overview:
RSM is seeking a Manager-level Temporary Program Manager with Trade Order and OMS expertise to support Wealth Management trading and execution initiatives. This role will manage OMS-related programs or workstreams focused on trading workflows, platform delivery, and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OMS and trade-order initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and workflow optimization
- Support the end-to-end trade order lifecycle (order creation, execution, allocation, post-trade)
- Partner with Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
- Coordinate vendor and integration activities with brokers and custodians
- Support adherence to trading regulations, best execution standards, and internal controls
- Maintain program plans, reporting, and issue tracking
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in trading or investment operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Charles River IMS
- Solid understanding of OMS workflows and compliance controls
- Experience in Banking, Asset Management, or Wealth Management environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $96 - $144 per hour
