Requisition for a Program Manager at Ranovus

Ranovus is a leading provider of high-capacity photonics-based interconnect solutions that enable scale-up and scale-out compute networks for AI and cloud infrastructure. Our ODIN® optical engine platform combines advanced silicon photonics, high-speed electronics, lasers, and packaging technologies to deliver multi-terabit/second connectivity with industry-leading energy efficiency.

We are seeking a Program Manager Lead planning and execution of complex and highly innovative engineering programs from concept through delivery, ensuring all projects meet timelines, budgets, and technical objectives.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage detailed program schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including hardware, firmware, and test to align deliverables and dependencies.
  • Support system integration and testing, ensuring high standards for product maturity, reliability, and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and cross-team collaboration.
  • Interface with external vendors, manufacturing partners, and regulatory authorities as needed to support program success.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in program management within product-driven tech companies.
  • Solid understanding of waterfall, agile and lean project management methodologies.
  • Proven track-record of improving delivery performance in multi-team environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills - you know how to forecast capacity and measure throughput.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence peers and leaders without formal authority.
  • Ability to travel to support the globally operated projects if needed.
  • Curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to make programs in an innovative and complex environment run smoothly.
  • PMP (program management professional) as certified by PMI (program management institute) or similar
