About the Role

• Program Leadership & Oversight: Drive a multi-year, enterprise-wide Insider Risk program, managing workstreams spanning technology, business controls, and compliance.
• Technology Enablement: Oversee deployment and integration of insider threat detection platforms, monitoring tools, and data security technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Business Controls & Governance: Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to manage insider risk across Fraud, Cybersecurity, AML, and Corporate Security
• Risk & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure program outcomes meet regulatory expectations *** Stakeholder Management:** Engage senior executives, business leaders, and technology teams to align objectives, manage dependencies, and ensure buy-in across the organization.
• Financial & Resource Management: Manage Multi-Million dollar budget

• 10+ years experience Program/Project Management experience in Insider Risk Management.
• Banking and/or Capital Markets industry experience highly desirable.
