What you will accomplish:
Drive end-to-end execution of complex programs from concept through launch, ensuring delivery stays aligned with business goals and Focus Categories growth priorities.
Partner with domain and cross-functional teams to align strategic vision, sequencing, and capacity planning across interconnected initiatives.
Lead integration discussions that support scalable architecture decisions and improve Agile delivery processes across engineering and product teams.
Monitor program health, identify risks and blockers early, and implement mitigation plans that help teams maintain momentum and execution quality.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for collaborators by providing clear status updates, handling user problems, and building alignment across partner teams.
Strengthen operational excellence by establishing governance frameworks and improving automation and tooling for program tracking, transparency, and accountability.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software development projects.
5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience managing technical roadmaps, defining product requirements, and contributing to system architecture or integration decisions.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and navigate ambiguity across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and program leadership skills, along with experience using tools such as Airtable, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to work from the Toronto eBay office 3 days per week and travel occasionally to other U.S. and global locations as needed.
