Program Manager — Enterprise AI Programs JLL

What this job involves:

JLL is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Enterprise AI team and drive the delivery of transformative AI initiatives across the organization. This role is central to JLL's digital transformation, enabling responsible AI adoption that delivers measurable business value. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, partnering with Business Unit Leaders, Data & AI Engineering, Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Cybersecurity, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with an understanding of AI technology and enterprise operations. Reporting to the Enterprise AI Staff Program Manager, you will ensure programs meet governance and compliance standards while accelerating innovation and operational excellence across JLL.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for AI initiatives—from planning and roadmap development through execution, optimization, and reporting to executive stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and success metrics using standardized frameworks and dashboards.

  • Oversee phased rollouts of commercial AI platforms from pilot through enterprise-wide deployment, ensuring adherence to governance policies, usage standards, and escalation workflows.

  • Implement structured intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes to align new AI initiatives with enterprise strategy, capacity, and business priorities.

  • Define, track, and report on program KPIs with precision—including DAU, training completion rates, Agent DAU, and rollout milestones—providing regular executive-level scorecards.

  • Manage usage monitoring and chargeback frameworks, tracking AI platform consumption by business unit and ensuring cost accountability.

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and program documentation to maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment across global teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within technology or enterprise transformation environments.

  • Proven success delivering multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities under tight deadlines in large, global enterprises.

  • Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, including their application and governance in enterprise contexts.

  • Experience managing enterprise software rollouts with phased deployment strategies and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executive audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to both detail and strategic vision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing AI or advanced technology programs in a global enterprise setting.

  • Experience with commercial contract negotiations and vendor management for enterprise software platforms.

  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or technology governance frameworks integrated into program delivery.

  • Familiarity with real estate, professional services, or data-driven industries.

  • Certification in AI governance, responsible AI, project management (PMP), or related disciplines.
