The Program Manager, Customer Success is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of AWS Marketplace and Workforce Development programs that drive revenue growth, accelerate customer adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role owns the end-to-end program lifecycle for AWS Marketplace and Workforce Development initiatives - including go-to-market strategy, operational execution, seller enablement, partner alignment, and performance reporting. Acting as the central orchestrator across sales, partners, vendors, and internal teams, the Program Manager ensures these programs are embedded into core sales motions and aligned to broader customer success and digital transformation strategies.

What You'll Do

AWS Marketplace Program Ownership

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of CDW's AWS Marketplace program, ensuring it is fully integrated into core sales motions.
  • Enable procurement acceleration through AWS Marketplace transactions, private offers, and co-sell execution.
  • Partner with AWS and internal stakeholders to drive Marketplace adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure Marketplace activity aligns to customer business outcomes, cloud transformation initiatives, and long-term account strategies.

Workforce Development Program Ownership

  • Lead Workforce Development programs focused on customer-facing technical training, enablement, and skills modernization.
  • Position workforce development solutions as a strategic enabler of customer adoption, transformation, and long-term value realization.
  • Collaborate with training partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver scalable, outcome-driven training solutions.

Go-to-Market & Seller Enablement

  • Develop and execute integrated GTM plans for AWS Marketplace and Workforce Development programs.
  • Enable sellers with clear positioning, messaging, tools, and sales assets to drive program attachment in strategic deals.
  • Deliver training, presentations, and enablement materials to support field adoption and consistent execution.

Cross-Functional & Partner Leadership

  • Serve as the primary program lead across sales, customer success, operations, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with AWS, training partners, and vendors to support joint GTM initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution and accountability.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Design and manage scalable operational processes, tools, and governance models supporting both programs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
  • Own program documentation, portals, and internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, sales tools).

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Own performance reporting across AWS Marketplace and Workforce Development programs, including revenue, pipeline impact, adoption, and effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize execution, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.

What We Expect of you:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing programs, initiatives, or processes within technology, services, cloud, or licensing environments.
  • Experience working with AWS Marketplace, cloud marketplaces, or software licensing programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workforce Development, technical training programs, or Learning Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, pipeline management, and customer success platforms such as SPS, Pipeline tool, and AS400
  • Experience partnering with AWS or other hyperscalers on joint GTM initiatives.
