The CBTA Flight Deployment Program Manager is tasked with assessing the requirements of the CBTA Deployment program, the needs of customer airlines, and the resources available. This role involves creating, managing, and overseeing a comprehensive program management plan and change program to facilitate the successful implementation of the Boeing CBTA program within customer airlines. The Program manager will utilize established Boeing project management processes and procedures to ensure the effective achievement of CBTA Deployment goals. All activities related to CBTA Deployment program management will be planned, executed, and monitored under the guidance of this position.
 

Role Accountabilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the CBTA Deployment program, including implementation processes, courseware, contracts, and deliverables
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively across the organization, management levels, and customer interfaces at all tiers
  • Possess the capability to understand, interpret, and provide recommendations for airline CBTA training programs, while coordinating gap analyses to align airline objectives with Boeing CBTA program goals
  • Showcase proven teamwork abilities, contributing positively to collaborative efforts
  • Embody the Boeing Values & Behaviours: Safety & Quality, Trust, Ownership, People Focus and Innovation
  • Uphold fairness and impartiality in all interactions, recognizing and respecting different needs, perspectives, backgrounds, and cultures.
  • To indicate and identify any deployment deficiencies or team poor performance that is likely to impact adherence to schedule or KPIs.
  • To ensure that shortfalls of resources or deficiencies of standard are highlighted, without delay.

  • In addition to the responsibilities outlined in this job description, the incumbent may be required to perform other duties consistent with the primary responsibilities of the role

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Program & project management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Trello
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies 
  • Excellent knowledge of CBTA regulatory requirements & CBTA/EBT aviation best practice
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to drive success by producing outputs, managing tasks, meeting timescales and pursuing goals
  • Ability to articulate information clearly, written and verbal
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • An understanding of the importance of inclusion within the workplace
  • Understanding of the role and importance of health and safety in the workplace
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Corporate Governance and Risk Management
