About Us

Betstamp is the pricing intelligence layer for sports betting. Our free app compares live odds across 200+ sportsbooks and tracks every bet, and it has earned 200,000+ downloads and a 4.9-star rating across 1,100+ reviews from bettors across North America. We launched in 2020, built by professional bettors who needed sharper tools than the market offered, and we're Canadian-owned and operated out of our King Street West HQ in Toronto. The pricing behind the app now runs as infrastructure across the industry: sportsbooks price against it, professional bettors bet with it, and prediction-market traders move on it.

Alongside the app, the same team builds and runs its own consumer brands, plus a media and partnerships business that brings players to them. Both are growing fast, and this role sits in the middle of that growth. Everything is built in-house by a small team. Decisions get made in a conversation, not a committee. You see the effect of your work in days, and you're trusted with scope early.

What You'll Do

You'll run one of the programs behind our consumer brands: a paid community of real players who test, play, and review our products and our partners' products. It's live, it's working, and it needs a full-time owner so the person who built it can build the next thing. You'll report to the Sr. Manager of our organic growth programs and work beside them every day.

  • Run the community (≈ 45%) — take new members from applied to active, run the regular sessions that keep them engaged and moving through the program, and be the person they hear from
  • Own the operations (≈ 35%) — make sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time, reconcile our numbers against our partners' numbers, keep offers and links current, and flag anything that doesn't add up
  • Make it better (≈ 20%) — turn what the community produces into something we can reuse, automate the repetitive parts, document how the program runs, and find where people drop out and fix it

What It's Like Here

Small team, one office on King Street West, in together every day, founders at the next desk. Decisions happen in a conversation, usually the same day, and everyone here owns something.

It's a close team, and we work at keeping it that way: monthly socials, watch parties for the big games, an office fantasy league, and a floor where people talk to each other instead of messaging across it.

We're AI-first in how we work: if a tool makes your job better, you'll have it. And the people who joined in roles like this one are now running bigger things. That's the plan for you too.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Have 1–3 years in operations, program or community coordination, customer success, events, or any role where you ran a repeatable process and were accountable for it running (co-ops and internships count)
  • Are the organized one: you keep the list, close every loop, and people rely on you for it
  • Are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and have a good eye for when something doesn't add up
  • Pick up new tools quickly and would rather automate a task than do it twice
  • Communicate clearly and warmly; you'll be the voice of the program to a community of people who count on it
  • Like working closely with a small team and having a say in how things get done
  • Can be onsite daily at 370 King St W (streetcar stop outside, 10 minutes from Union Station)
  • Are curious about iGaming and betting. You don't need to be a player or a sports fan; you need to be comfortable in the industry

Nice To Have's (not deal-breakers)

  • You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and have built something with them, even something small
  • Experience with a community, affiliate, or loyalty program
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Airtable, N8N, or similar)
  • Basic content or SEO familiarity

What We Offer

  • Real ownership — a live program that matters to the business, and it's yours to run once you're up to speed
  • Growth on a timeline — scope grows as soon as you've shown you can hold it; the people who ran programs here before you moved into bigger roles
  • Coaching — you'll be trained by the person who built the program and sit ten feet from the founders
  • AI-first tooling — free rein to test and spend on AI tools that make your job better

Hiring Process

  • Quick video intro — a few short questions, recorded on your own time
  • Recruiter screen — virtual, culture and role fit
  • Case interview — virtual, a short practical brief (provided)
  • Final on-site — meet senior leadership, tour the office, ask anything
  • Offer
  •
