REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production.  We have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.  This position will be located in MISSISSAUGA, CANADA.

Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Mississauga location.

If you are a Production Supervisor who can:

  • Train and coach team on safe and effective work techniques.
  • Coordinate with neighbouring departments to ensure a smooth production workflow and highlight potential equipment concerns.
  • Complete production shift reports on a daily basis.
  • Foster a team of collaboration and accountability.
  • Troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
  • Supervise a crew of 7 – 12 production team members.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience leading a manufacturing team in a foundry or heavy industrial setting is strongly preferred.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Available to work a continental rotating shift: days, nights and weekends.  4-on/4-off 12-hour shifts.
  • Proficient with Excel and Outlook.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
