As a Product Specialist, Title Insurance, you will contribute to shaping the future direction of core residential and commercial for legal professionals across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, working with various stakeholders across the organization and is looking for a career in Product management/development.
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Supporting the Product Director with revenue generating and portfolio management initiatives, including the execution and delivery of new products/programs and enhancements to existing products/programs
- Communicating pertinent details of new and updated products/programs to internal stakeholders i.e. Operations, Sales effectiveness, Sales, Marketing, Reporting, IT etc.
- Managing business reporting and analysis, resolving report discrepancies to ensure accuracy and driving insights to support strategic business decisions
- Conducting and maintaining competitive analysis for both lines of business (Commercial and Residential Solutions)
- Facilitating claims denial program to ensure quick and accurate resolution of claims decisions
- Managing the administration of master policy programs for lenders
- Acting as CX ambassador by analyzing monthly reporting, reviewing ad-hoc feedback and facilitating action items between internal groups to improve the overall customer experience
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Financial Services, Insurance or Real Estate industry
- Specialized knowledge of real estate processes an asset
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently
- Expertise in reporting and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Very strong relationship, planning, organization and project management skills
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems in ambiguous situations
- Detail oriented with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
