Department Overview
Product Sourcing & Supply Intelligence (PSSI) team focuses on securing the best components and materials during new product development, ensuring supply resiliency and the best cost at launch.
Job Description
Seeking a procurement professional with experience in procurement and new product development in guiding part selection, driving cost savings and procurement strategies for LMR and Video product sourcing. This role required collaboration with engineering, business partners, and supply chain to meet product launch time and within the cost target.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sourcing for new products, implementing procurement strategies and ensuring timely and cost-effective product launches.
  • Perform Material Risk Assessment to proactively handle risks and discover opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth product cost analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Engineering, Business, and other vital partners.
  • Drive supplier early engagement that enhances continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business (Engineering preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or new product development, with a solid track record in new product sourcing and cost management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, adept at collaborating across various levels and functions.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones and manage international coordination.
