Description:

As an AI Product Owner at Credera, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of AI initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Product Strategy:
    • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy.
    • Align the product strategy with the overall business and organizational goals.
  • Product Planning:
    • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer and business needs and adjust accordingly based on changes in organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set achievable goals.
    • Collaborate with UX designers to conduct user research & gain product insights.
  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Work closely with stakeholders and business partners to understand the needs of the business, develop products or capabilities to fulfill those needs, and effectively prioritize tasks.
    • Create detailed product specifications and user stories (Jira tickets) outlining what needs to be built.
    • Groom stories with tech leads, developers and QA to ensure their understanding of product requirements to enable them to write technical stories and/or sub-tasks to achieve the desired outcomes. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. 
  • Sprint Management
    • Serve as Scrum Master of their assigned Scrum team
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the development process.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Work with QA teams to ensure the product meets quality standards.
    • Understand team velocity & burn downs (the amount of work a Team can tackle during a single Sprint)   
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Ensure alignment with development team on technical decision i.e. monitoring, availability, accessibility and performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and business unit to monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Analyze user feedback and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights.
    • Make decisions on product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life considerations. 

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the AI or technology sector.
    • Domain Specific Knowledge:
      • 1. Predictive AI:
        • Understanding of personalized recommendations in web, app and emails channel to drive engagement and conversion is a must.
        • Understanding of AEM platform and Palantir Foundry platform are preferred. 
      • 2. Generative AI:
        • Understanding of LLM and it's use cases for enterprise is must.
        • Understanding of AWS Bedrock is preferred.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Certifications:
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is desired.
