Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the development of an innovative platform that powers hyper-personalised credit cards. This role is central to building a cutting-edge loyalty management system that enables financial institutions to personalise credit card products to the individual preferences and habits of cardholders.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in credit card product design, pricing strategies, and portfolio management, along with a robust understanding of the processes and workflows within a bank's credit card product department.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE (Dubai), Australia (Melbourne), India, and Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for the hyper-personalisation credit card solution, from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Client-Centric Design: Collaborate closely with credit card product departments within client banks to understand their challenges, requirements, and processes, translating these into effective product features.
  • CVP Optimisation: Develop strategies to enhance existing credit card CVPs to increase customer engagement and reactivation of idle accounts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Work alongside the Data and AI teams to leverage data and advanced analytics in personalising CVPs and optimising product offerings.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments to ensure our product remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure product development aligns with business goals and market needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in credit card product management, with a strong background in CVP design, pricing strategies, and product launches.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit card industry dynamics, particularly within banks or financial institutions, or experience at Visa or Mastercard in credit card product management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, delivering products on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
