- Manage prioritized product backlog by creating clear user stories while maintaining traceability to business & customer outcomes
- Lead the elicitation, analysis and definition of requirements for design, development and testing of product and technical priorities
- Review and accept developed user stories, ensuring they meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality.
- Coordinate with functional partners to ensure developed features and improvements executed in the applications meet business requirement and readiness for deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and UI/UX Design —to ensure shared understanding and alignment on deliverables.
- Lead sprint activities (PI planning, backlog grooming, reviews, demos) while collaborating with product management & technology teams to optimize go-to-market/promotion timelines
- Analyze and model business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, improvement, and innovation.
- Create & Maintain process maps documenting customer product journeys
- Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders, providing transparent updates and supporting informed decision-making
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role
- Experience working on multiple complex enterprise-wide systems
- Deep knowledge of SDLC & Agile processes
- CBAP® with Agile certification (SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager) preferred
- Strong design thinking, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative and cross-functional agile team.
- Experience working with Government, Legal & Real Estate customers a plus
- Proficient knowledge of collaboration and defect management tools (e.g. JIRA and Confluence) is required.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and pivot in response to evolving business and clients’ needs and constraint.
- Must be able to efficiently manage or work on multiple projects/assignments at the same time.
