Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, messaging, and execution of initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and retention of Fireflies.ai's offerings. This role goes beyond traditional marketing; you’ll serve as the key voice for our product, translating its capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with users. Your success will be defined by your ability to align marketing with product growth goals while continually elevating our user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
  • Create compelling product messaging, feature summaries, and landing page content.
  • Develop marketing assets such as brochures, datasheets, email campaigns, and nurture flows.
  • Write scripts for product demos, sales decks, and promotional videos.
  • Produce thought leadership content including blog articles and social media storytelling.

Market Positioning & Strategy:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, behaviours, and preferences.
  • Define the product's unique value propositions and messaging framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment on go-to-market strategies.

Growth & Analytics:
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive product awareness, leads, and adoption.
  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign success, identifying opportunities to optimize marketing performance.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience as an early-stage, founding, or first marketing hire within a SaaS startup or lean team environment.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, customer-focused, high-converting content quickly.
  • Proven ability to operate with high ownership, hustle, and execution speed in fast-moving environments.
  • Solid understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and value-based positioning.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with a bias toward testing, learning, and iterating fast.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work closely across product, sales, design, and leadership teams.
  • Prior experience in high-growth startup or AI-first companies is a strong plus.
  • Consumer-minded marketer who can bring B2C growth tactics into a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, and comfort wearing multiple hats.
