Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: UK (Reading) or remote (UK), Šenčur, Slovenia (hybrid), Germany (remote), The Netherlands (remote)

Position Summary

The Product Marketer will be a key member of Loftware’s Product Marketing team, connecting the dots between our products, markets, and customers. This role transforms innovation into meaningful stories that drive awareness, demand, and adoption. As part of a small but mighty team of strategic storytellers and market advocates, you will craft narratives that resonate with the right audiences at the right time, ensuring Loftware’s voice in the market is clear, credible, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated value propositions and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Support comprehensive launch plans, manage release communications, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure impactful product introductions.
  • Content Creation: Produce marketing assets (datasheets, briefs, presentations) and provide sales enablement tools like battle cards and competitive comparisons.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Assist in creating pricing strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and work with Product Management and Finance to align pricing with business goals.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Research market trends, perform win/loss analysis, and use insights to refine messaging and inform strategy.
  • Customer Advocacy: Highlight customer success stories, coordinate Customer Advisory Board activities, and integrate feedback into marketing and product plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies and act as the voice of the customer in decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market research.
