Reporting to the Senior Director of Go-To-Market, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping the brand identity and ensuring the success of launching new games and operating live game marketing. This role involves planning consumer-focused marketing strategies & programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for detailed planning, ensuring execution with a project manager mindset, managing partner relationships, and staying updated on market trends. The Product Marketing Manager plays a vital role in promoting the success of the company's games.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Contribute to driving marketing initiatives aligned with business goals for new and live titles.
  • Develop marketing campaign strategies based on game content plans and consumer insights to support new and live titles’ success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed strategies/programs for key marketing initiatives. 
  • Work with Consumer Insights and Product Development to understand product appeal for various audience segments.

  • Marketing Strategy Execution
  • Execute marketing programs to drive organic traffic that fall into branding activity area - i.e, PR, partnerships 
  • Build a campaign calendar & encompassing all activities and ensure consistent execution across all channels with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Build product focused presentations to evangelize key features and roadmaps.
  • Contribute to brand strategy development, including vision, promise, and messaging.
  • Work with ASO manager to build a platform asset strategy that is highly integrated into game content roadmap
  • Work with the Growth team to ensure creative strategy is aligned with key game initiatives for target audience 
  • Stay updated on competition and market trends to inform marketing strategies

  • Relationship Management
  • Build relationships with Game Development, and Licensing partners.
  • Oversee partner and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Development to represent brands with 1st party partne

  • Budget Management
  • Assist in managing annual marketing budgets.

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Understanding of consumer insights and their application in marketing.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Budget management and financial analysis proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for gaming and gaming culture knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving results.
