About Zowie:

At Zowie, we believe that buying online can feel like walking into your favorite local shop: personal, friendly, and easy. Top ecommerce brands (True Classic, Modivo, MediaMarkt, et al.) trust Zowie’s AI agents to be on the front-line of their customer care efforts (>1.2M conversations monthly) - to give their customers rapid support, speak their brands’ voice, drive customer loyalty, and boost their revenue. With just 1 out of every 1,000 website visitors talking to customer service globally, we believe that a well thought-out AI can tap into this gap and unlock tremendous value by bringing speed and empathy to customer interactions.

We’re a team of over 100 very ambitious individuals on a mission to do just that.

We’ve already established strong product traction with ecommerce brands both in Europe and in the US. We’re winning great customers away from industry incumbents… And we’re now searching for a thoughtful Product Marketing Lead to join our Product team - to lead our positioning, messaging, and storytelling and to help us unlock the next stages of rapid growth.

Shape an emerging industry:

Very few Product Marketers ever get the chance to enter a huge emerging industry, at exactly the right time, with the right product and few constraints.

Zowie is such an opportunity.

We’re already proving how AI is capable of generating great cost savings, improving customer satisfaction, and driving revenue. And yet… the market hasn’t been properly defined so far - there isn’t a clear leader shaping how these solutions are talked about, there’s no established vocabulary, there are no best practices.

Here, you’ll have a chance to invent and shape the standards of communicating in this new field - including how others understand and talk about this space.

And you won’t be limited by unnecessary red tape either. Even though we’re still early stage, we think seriously about Product Marketing, invest in it strategically, and are unafraid of taking creative chances.

Are you ready to be at the forefront of delivering real-world, high-impact AI solutions?

What you'll do:

  • Establish effective market positioning strategy for Zowie
  • Build messaging that’s easy to understand and resonates with our target audience
  • Lead product naming efforts that support established positioning strategy
  • Continuously research and monitor the market Zowie operates in
  • Lead in-depth product and market analysis to identify competitive edge - big or small
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams for aligned and effective marketing campaigns
  • Develop sales enablement materials for GTM teams: product guides, competitive analysis briefs, sales presentations, value prop documents and more
  • Evangelize Zowie product internally and externally through trainings, webinars and more
  • Own the product launch strategy and calendar, lead cross-functional alignment for maximum impact
  • Own and deliver product launch related KPIs in close collaboration with the marketing team

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B tech companies, ideally in enterprise SaaS
  • Experience developing product positioning and messaging strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for crafting compelling narratives around products and strategies
  • Proficiency in using data to guide marketing decisions and measure success
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to explore new perspectives and devise creative solutions, and creative approaches to marketing challenges
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

It'll be awesome if you have:

  • Strong background in the ecommerce space
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations to a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, analysts and media
  • General understanding of multi-channel enterprise campaigns and ABM across various channels ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging

Please note, as you'll be working a lot with the Teams in Europe (Central European Time), Zowie needs the Product Marketing Lead to be in Eastern or Central Time in North America. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

We are:

Ambitious and innovative. We never settle. We always look for better ways of doing things.

Like a sports team. We take ownership of our work and believe in personal accountability. At the same time, we work together, support each other, and focus on winning as a team.

Unafraid of change. The market we're in is changing rapidly and we thrive in this ever-evolving environment.

Growing fast. You’ll have a lot of autonomy and impact as we grow.
