About the role

As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the link between the Revenue, Product, and Design teams. You'll shape how we articulate value across our product and service lines, keeping messaging consistent and tailored to each buyer segment. You'll build and maintain the sales collateral that equips reps to sell—decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and case studies. You'll also help design top-of-funnel campaigns, track their impact, and partner with the CRO on cross-functional projects across the business.

This is a hybrid position at our HQ in San Francisco, CA.

In this role you will
  • Messaging & positioning: In partnership with Revenue Team leaders, distill how we articulate value across all our product and service lines — building the core narrative, tailoring the story to each buyer segment, and keeping messaging consistent and current as the business evolves.

  • Sales Collateral: Equip the revenue team to sell. Work with Product and Design teams to build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling materials, and onboard sales on new messaging and product updates, across multiple evolving lines of business.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Design plays to fill the top of the sales funnel, track efficacy, and capture market product feedback with Revenue Team leadership.

  • General: Partner with the CRO on cross-functional projects spanning Revenue, Product, and Operations, keeping initiatives coordinated and moving.

What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in marketing in support of a high-touch, enterprise sales process

  • A proven “AI-first” mentality - always looking to build systems to create leverage

  • Excellent project coordination and the ability to make friends fast and work effectively across teams simultaneously

  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity; able to set direction rather than wait for it

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience as an early marketing hire at a growth-stage B2B company.

  • Real estate, Finance, Fintech, Proptech, or data/SaaS background

  • Well developed skills with HubSpot, Claude Design, Spreadsheets, Slides

Compensation

Base salary $120,000–$140,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity and benefits.
