In this role, you will support and oversee the strategic implementation, testing and integration of assigned processes/products to drive the organization and internal business partners towards their goals. Assist management and team with prioritization of the strategic roadmap. Ensure the assigned team reaches goals by creating a flexible execution strategy and roadmap for implementation. Support marketing tools and understand marketing objectives as well as larger business objectives and assist/collaborate with management on priorities as they relate to marketing goals. Accompany management to interface with multiple areas of the business to collect, clarify, and learn to translate business needs into a clear end-product vision with general coaching from management. Collaborate with other partners such as scrum master, product owners, technology partners, external partners, and multiple internal stakeholders to continually iterate and enhance the vision.
Responsibilities

  • Support the product backlog and intake such as new features, enhancements, fixes and assist enhancement and fix discovery
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for enhancements under guidance from the management team and other experienced members of the Scrum team
  • Translate and communicate enhancement requirements into stories in tools such as Azure DevOps and present requirements to the team
  • Collect, create and maintain clear acceptance criteria for user stories
  • Collaborate with management in prioritizing sprint work for the team and provide final approval of work
  • Participate in standup Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Share the voice of the member/partner with the development team
  • Participate in testing for quality assurance and user acceptance
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on enhancement and fix requests, managing expectations and timelines as well as maintaining relationships with management, and internal users and external vendors
  • Involve with projects from beginning to end by completing requirements and implementation while monitoring threats, risks and opportunities that might affect the success of projects and communicating them to management and business partners with the guidance of management


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree - Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Technology or Related - Minimum


Years of Experience:

  • 2 years - Channel/Product Owner, Agile, Scrum or Related - Minimum


In Lieu of Education:

  • 4 years - Channel/Product Owner, Agile, Scrum or Related


Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$87,100‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$123,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
