We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help drive product, commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our product line. The ideal candidate is a decisive leader who leverages both data and creative problem-solving to identify and lead strategic product initiatives, revenue growth opportunities, and commercialization strategies. We’re looking for someone who thrives on crafting compelling narratives that highlight our product value propositions and bringing new products to market. 

You will partner with our Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Analytics teams to lead product commercialization strategy and GTM strategy, while influencing product roadmaps for a highly visible portfolio.


What you’ll do:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and refine core customer portfolio vision, strategy, sizing, and plans
  • Identify, model and help to prioritize new product initiatives for both new and existing market segments
  • Take the lead on developing commercialization strategies for new product launches, including pricing, packaging, distribution models, as well recommend structural price changes for existing offerings 
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses across key verticals to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our buyer personas, segmentation, industry trends and the messaging hooks that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks in support of new product launches; effectively communicate value propositions to customers, internal partners and frontline teams
  • Define success criteria, provide insights and direction, gather feedback, and laterally influence functional stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy implementation

 
What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of professional experience including at least 5 years in B2B Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or Management Consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is a must
  • Proven experience identifying and driving strategic product initiatives 
  • Experience partnering closely with Product in discovery, building packaging, and  driving adoption and retention.
  • Proven experience bringing products to market with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Analytics, Sales, Success, Customer Care etc), including GTM strategy and execution
  • Prior SaaS experience required (B2B2C is preferred, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of measuring performance through metrics and KPIs with the ability to tell a rich story through data
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to own a project start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills: comfort with data analysis, pricing, and presenting quantitative insights
  • Attention to detail and organization is paramount with a continuous desire to learn and improve
  • Proven track record of delivering to schedule and to results


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
