Description

About MealSuite

MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager (Culinary – Recipes & Menus) to own and evolve one of the most critical pillars of our platform. The Culinary pillar serves as the foundation of our system, powering menus, recipes, and the core data that drives downstream workflows across forecasting, procurement, and POS. This role focuses on the Recipes & Menus domain, enabling chefs, dietitians, and operators to plan and execute meal programs at scale. You will play a key role in simplifying a complex system, improving user experience, and driving data quality as we continue to scale and expand into new markets.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Recipes & Menus domain, driving end-to-end feature delivery from discovery through release and iteration
• Conduct customer discovery and research with operational end-users and translate complex workflows into scalable, intuitive product experiences
• Define detailed product requirements including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics while managing complex, relational data structures
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, CX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure alignment with company priorities
• Define and track product KPIs to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions while supporting broader initiatives such as system simplification, data standardization, and market expansion

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end from discovery through execution
• Strong experience working with complex data models and relational systems
• Experience conducting customer discovery and user research, particularly with operational users
• Proficiency writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience defining and leveraging product metrics/KPIs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity

Why You’ll Love Working Here

• Unlimited paid time off – we trust our employees to create balance
• Retirement savings support – RRSP/401(k) matching at 100% up to 3%
• Health benefits – medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, and paid parental leave starting day one
• Hybrid flexibility – balance in-person collaboration with remote work
• Work-life balance – 90%+ of employees feel supported by their leaders
• Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) – share in MealSuite’s growth
• Career development opportunities – we support your long-term goals
• Purpose-driven work – our mission aligns with the values of 90%+ of employees

Compensation

$80,000 – $120,000 USD / $85,000 - $125,000 CAD
