The Mission

We aren’t looking for a traditional project manager or a corporate ticket-shuffler. We need a Product Architect who can translate the chaos of internet culture and high-stakes user behaviour into world-class digital experiences. Your job is to lead the product lifecycle with surgical precision, bridging the gap between engineering, design, and our global player community. This is a remote, high-availability role for a builder who views a product as a living, breathing ecosystem and is comfortable operating at the absolute frontier of the Web3 economy.

We value product judgment over process for the sake of process. Whether you are an experienced lead or a rising star with a track record of shipping "internet-native" products, we care about your ability to deliver momentum. If you have the analytical rigor to prioritize what matters and the communication skills to rally a global team, we will give you the resources to define the next generation of digital entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roadmap Orchestration: Own the product strategy and execution, transforming high-level vision into actionable, high-velocity development cycles in Linear.

  • Feature Discovery: Proactively identify and define new product opportunities by analyzing player data, emerging Web3 trends, and competitive market shifts.

  • Surgical Prioritization: Manage the product backlog with a cold, calculated focus on ROI, ensuring our engineering and design resources are always focused on the highest-impact moves.

  • Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering, and Marketing, ensuring every launch is perfectly aligned with the Partyhat "vibe" and technical standards.

  • Data-Driven Iteration: Use internal analytics and feedback tools to rigorously analyze feature performance, making fast, data-backed decisions on what to scale and what to sunset.

  • Product Integrity: Oversee the "Definition of Done," ensuring every update is polished, intuitive, and meets our world-class standards for performance and security.

The Requirements
  • The "Navigator": You are a battle-tested product leader. You know how to bring clarity to ambiguity and move a product forward in a high-speed, 24/7 environment.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with metrics. You don't make product decisions based on "gut feeling"; you make them based on hard data and user psychology.

  • Hyper-Availability: This isn’t a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to manage global releases, handle real-time product issues, and coordinate with a 24/7 team.

  • Technical Proficiency: You speak the language of engineers and designers. You understand the constraints of the modern web, mobile apps, and decentralized protocols.

  • Web3 Literacy: You live on-chain. You understand the unique UX challenges of digital assets, wallets, and decentralized communities.

  • Remote Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a complex product roadmap across global time zones without losing track of a single detail.

Operational Details
  • Location: Fully Remote.

  • Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time product updates and 24/7 market demands).

  • Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT).

Why Join Us?

We offer more than just a product role; we offer the chance to architect the future of internet-native experiences.

  • Extreme Autonomy: We value output over hours.

  • Global Scale: Lead a product that is touched by thousands of players every day across a worldwide landscape.

  • A Culture of Momentum: Join a team that moves at the speed of light. You will be constantly challenged to innovate, scale, and outperform the market.

  • High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For a builder who takes extreme ownership, there is a clear runway to shape the entire product organization.
