The role
SailPoint is looking for a Product Manager to own the Agentic Identity Security Assistant within Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This person will own the agentic assistant: a natural-language interface that gives users and admins a simple, way to driving their Identity and Security programs. The mission is to make existing ISC functionality easier to use and more accessible.
You’ll need to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong communication. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders—including peer product managers across ISC—to shape the vision and deliver value. A solid technical understanding of enterprise software, customer IT environments, and evolving security and compliance technology is important. You should be comfortable with complex, ambiguous problems and a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Preferred background: Experience with AI/LLM products or agentic systems (e.g., MCP) is a definite plus. Candidates should have a reasonably strong technical background.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the full product lifecycle for the Agentic Identity Security Assistant, from requirements through launch readiness.
  • Work with other PMs to align on and realize the vision for the assistant and how it surfaces ISC capabilities.
  • Drive product direction using feedback from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers, plus market and usage data.
  • Engage stakeholders to scope work, assess impact, and build consensus.
  • Partner with architecture and engineering to develop, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in a lean/agile environment.
  • Maintain the roadmap and coordinate adoption with other product lines and the partner alliance team.
  • Define success metrics, measure impact of new capabilities, and use production feedback to prioritize the backlog.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
  • Track record of working with engineering to plan, develop, refine, and launch enterprise software products.
  • Experience with SaaS and/or cloud-based products.
  • Strong technical background; ability to work with APIs, integrations, or platform technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/LLM products, agentic systems, or MCP is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
Education (preferred, not required):BA/BS in business or technical field required. MBA is a plus.Travel:This position requires approximately 15% travel.

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$104,000 - $175,230.00

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
