We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own execution of Cybrid’s product roadmap and help drive the launch of new products next year. You’ll be responsible for scaling our existing payments and stablecoin infrastructure products, shaping new product bets, and ensuring we ship high-quality releases that create real value for our customers.
Reporting to the VP of Product and working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate strategy into clear requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and keep teams aligned from discovery through delivery. This is a remote-first role from Ottawa, Ontario or Toronto, Ontario with required travel a few times per year for team gatherings.
What You’ll Do- Own execution of Cybrid’s product roadmap across existing and new products.
- Lead discovery for new capabilities and products launching next year, from problem definition to solution validation.
This role is newly created and does not backfill an existing position. Cybrid's team uses automated tools and artificial intelligence in our recruiting process for note taking during interviews, and to assist our team when reviewing some take home exercises. The base compensation range for this role is CAD $155,000 - $180,000.
- Translate customer, market, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements, specs, and user stories.
- Partner closely with engineering to plan sprints, refine scope, and remove blockers to delivery.
- Define and track product KPIs, using data and feedback to iterate and improve.
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) on launches, enablement, and positioning.
- Advocate for customers and developers using Cybrid’s APIs, ensuring a best-in-class experience end-to-end.
- 4–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or developer platforms (API products a strong plus).
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling products from 0→1 and/or 1→N.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams; comfortable navigating technical discussions and trade-offs.
- Data-informed decision making, with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate priorities, rationale, and impact to stakeholders.
- Bias toward action, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in payments, embedded finance, digital assets, or stablecoins.
- Prior work on developer-facing products or APIs.
- Startup / scale-up experience.
