As a key member of the Product Team, reporting to the Director, Product, the Product Manager will
be responsible for translating the platform vision and defining the direction of the product and its
roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of science and data and combines an ability to deeply
empathize with bench scientists, their needs, and their pain points, especially in the pre-clinical phase
of new drug development. This is a challenging, impactful, and highly collaborative position.

You Will:

  • Develop strategy and roadmap for our experimental design and validation offering,, including further innovation and also optimization of the existing features and functionality
  • Drive execution as part of a cross-functional team focused on this particular product including Design, Engineering, Science, Data,, and Project Management
  • Translate customer needs into user, technical, and data requirements and related resources and iterate quickly on the product
  • Measure and report key metrics to internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value created by the team

You Have:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager on SaaS enterprise products or platforms with technically complex solutions. Experience working on scientifically-informed data and products is preferred
  • A strong interest in science - particularly in biology
  • A PhD in biology (or a related field) and/or experience and knowledge of Biological Sciences (e.g., Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, etc.) or equivalent, would be a very strong asset in this role
  • A proven track record in bringing clarity to a complex domain and driving alignment between technical and data teams, and the rest of the company
  • Successfully taken new features from conception, through launch to adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes over outputs
  • Prior experience in enterprise client-facing roles is ideal but not required. However, experience interacting directly with highly technical stakeholders is essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills - can deal with ambiguity, lead discovery efforts, prioritize, and drive execution on objectives, ensuring they ladder up to key strategies
  • A data-informed decision-making process, and can identify new opportunities and provide sound reasoning for strategy decisions from that data
