Our Mission

Rebuild how the world works, to make institutions work better for the people they serve.

About Brain Co.

Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system is built for a specific industry, powered by agents that push real workflows forward. Underneath it all is Atlas, our proprietary platform that keeps customers in control, secure by design, and never locked into one model.

Why Now

Brain Co. is entering its next phase of production deployments on a national scale with an elite team built from Palantir, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, and a growing footprint across government, insurance, health, and financial services.

Joining now means shaping both the company and a new category of applied AI. Every project here ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact.

You'll work alongside exceptional peers on some of the hardest problems in applied AI. It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product team and take full ownership of a well-scoped product area from day one. You’ll translate business problems into PRDs, partner closely with engineering and design, and drive projects through build, launch, and iteration.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, can bring structure to ambiguity, and enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, executable plans. Success in this role will open the path to broader product ownership and leadership scope over time.

This role will be filled through a referral-only network approach. We are not accepting inbound applications.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Own a defined product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through design, development, and delivery

  • Write crisp PRDs and translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly

  • Manage execution timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery

  • Establish clarity and alignment across teams in a fast-moving environment

  • Measure impact, gather feedback, and drive iteration to ensure continuous improvement

  • Help shape Brain Co.’s product development culture and best practices as the team scales

You Might Thrive In This Role If You:
  • Have product experience in tech-forward companies within insurance, finance, or legal domains

  • Bring early-stage or startup experience, thriving in high-ownership, low-structure environments

  • Have a track record of taking projects from concept or statement of work through launch

  • Communicate clearly across technical and business audiences

  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once

  • Enjoy building process lightly but effectively to help teams move faster

  • Are motivated by seeing your work deployed and making real-world impact

Benefits
  • Competitive salary plus equity

  • Daily lunches

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401(k)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • Unlimited PTO

Why Join Us

  • Ship quickly, iterate constantly, and see your work deployed at global scale

  • Collaborate with industry veterans from Tesla, DeepMind, Databricks, and more

  • Accelerate your career with ownership based on impact, not tenure

  • Earn competitive compensation + meaningful equity in a high-growth company

  • Thrive in a culture built on speed, curiosity, and impact
