Position Description
Boosted.ai is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-powered solutions that empower investment professionals. This role will work closely with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to define and drive product strategy, ensuring our platform continues to deliver industry-leading insights and automation.
As a key member of our product team, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—translating business objectives and user needs into innovative and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, set priorities, and ensure seamless execution while maintaining a strong focus on delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
- Own product development processes, from defining requirements and writing specifications to managing development timelines and launches.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable product features.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions, track key performance indicators, and measure success.
- Ensure smooth product releases, working closely with marketing and customer success teams for go-to-market strategies and client adoption.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and AI-driven investment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, AI/ML, or SaaS industries.
- Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams on complex software products.
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of investment management, trading, or financial markets is a bonus but not required.
