As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Toronto-based Product Manager with a strong passion for driving innovative product development. In this role, you will take ownership of key features, from ideation through execution, and work cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap. You will be responsible for defining customer use cases, gathering insights, and translating them into clear product requirements that drive value. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that we meet customer needs, enhance user experience, and drive business growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Feature Execution & Delivery: Oversee the complete lifecycle of product features, from ideation through development to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Customer Research: Collect and analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and identify pain points to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data analysis to iterate on features and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, customer success, and marketing to align on priorities, set clear expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure that all product releases meet Shakudo’s quality standards and provide a positive user experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and release notes, to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background, particularly in software development.
  • Hands-on experience in a tech-focused environment, with exposure to SaaS, AI, or similar innovative products.Proficiency in data analysis and market research, with the ability to extract actionable customer insights to guide product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize initiatives, balance trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions based on business needs.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
