What we’re looking for

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and overall success of our Team Advantage and Team Premier subscription plans. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, working cross-functionally across all departments to ensure these subscription plans meet the highest standards of quality and deliver exceptional user experiences. Additionally, you will partner with other product managers to bring features that help support the collaboration nature of Team accounts.

What you’ll be working on

  • Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Inspire, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, engineering, customer success and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging data, research, and user feedback to inform product decisions and priorities.
  • Feature Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from ideation and specification to launch and iteration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide strategic decisions and prioritization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency around product goals and progress.
  • Champion Teams users: Advocate for the needs of Teams users across the platform, ensuring their requirements are met and their experience is optimized.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience using data to solve business problems ensuring agreement on cross-organizational team priorities
  • Proficiency in analysis, and using data to drive product decisions
  • Experience managing products at different stages of their lifecycle and communicating the complexity simply and cleanly
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact through cross-functional leadership
  • Effectively balance short-term goals and long-term vision
  • Strong collaboration skills, you love helping product managers, engineers, designers, and other teams around you do their best work
