JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Purpose of Job

  • Work together with Marketing Manager to analyze customer and market data, develop marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide scientific and nutritional information and work closely with marketing team to develop ethical marketing program
  • Monitor competitive products in the market. Provides input for marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with ethical sales team and CRM team to deliver credible presentation / education to HCP, business partner and customer whenever necessary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manipulate routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, forecasting, product training, handling customer inquiries, etc
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trend on a regular basis with on time report for management review
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to drive brand growth

Minimum Requirement: Education and Experience

  • Sound understanding or qualifications in marketing related principles, strong numerical skills.
  • Customer focused; comprehensive industry knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of computer based programs including spreadsheets and graphics

  • Strong Influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written of English and local language
  • Bachelor Degree - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Master Degree - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
