Product Manager
Location: This is a 100% remote position and we are considering candidates from any major city in EST or CST Time Zone

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver a compelling product that meets customer requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with development teams using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.
  • Drive product launches, including working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and other key indicators to iterate on the product and improve user satisfaction.
  • Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful software products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees and cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP) are a plus.


Salary range guidance for this position is:  $150,500- $214,500.00
