About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams) and our customers to become an expert on our customers and their needs, and in doing so, help design and deliver features that delight and provide value.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of product expertise in fintech and product acumen with a deep understanding of B2C SaaS and/or FinTech landscapes.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment while getting autonomy, ownership, and the ability to impact the entire product. Strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize, and the ability to use data to guide you through product analytics tools like MixPanel/Sigma will be critical to the success of the role.
Please note that this is a hybrid role that will require at least 2 days a week in our downtown Toronto office, a few blocks from Union Station.
How We Work
We are a small team building the automated financial operating system for real estate investors; where one customer can mean five properties, three LLCs, and a dozen accounts.
We move fast and ship weekly, but hold a banker's bar for anything that touches money. We expect ownership: when you take something on, you drive it to done. We work AI-natively. Everyone uses modern AI tools to prototype, analyze, and ship faster. We are direct, low on ego.
If you're at your best when the problem is messy and the ownership is real, and the entire team is professional and pulls in the same direction, you'll love it here.
